Prince Rumi
CEO/Chief Strategist
Rumi is an internationally published musician, filmmaker, photographer, founder and CEO of The Agency where he oversees the creative and strategic direction of the company. Rumi traveled extensively around the world before settling down in Gotham City. Having lived and worked in places like London, Dubai, and Vancouver, while working on numerous artistic and entrepreneurial endeavors, he brings his diverse personal and professional background to every project he takes on.
Throughout his journey, he has published books, released records with major labels, produced films and helped others build their brands in various markets. He recently produced a new music album with hitmakers and Grammy winners Desmond Child and Mario Winans, which he plans to release in 2019. Rumi has a keen interest in politics and activism and has publicly supported Senator Bernie Sanders and Marianne Williamson.
Udo Spreizenbarth
Creative Director
Udo Spreitzenbarth is an international fashion, beauty and art photographer. Udo was born in Germany and resides inNew York City. While studying architecture at Technische Universität Darmstadt, Udo developed an interest in modeling and fashion photography. It was then that he realized his passion for being behind the camera. After his first year in New York City, he shot his first billboard campaign that landed on a screen in Times Square.
His editorial photography has been featured in international issues of Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Elle, Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan and more. His art photography has received international acclaim with a successful series of solo exhibitions in New York, Berlin, Cologne, Frankfurt, Shanghai, and Beijing.
Cara Yeates
Director of Productions
Cara Yeates is a producer, actor, writer and director. She started her career in the theatre creating and touring one-woman shows across North America before moving to New York to pursue a career in film. Upon moving to New York, Cara started to work with the Film Society of Lincoln Center / MoMA Film on the New York Film Festival and New Directors/New Films.
Cara was the Head of Production at Trigger Creative in 2015 where she produced her first feature film, The Three Metamorphoses. Over her 15 years in the industry, Cara has worked on a diverse and evolving array of commercial and artistic projects and worn many hats. She loves to be creative, learns new things, and collaborate with innovative people.
Marina Dojchinov
Experiential Designer
Marina Dojchinov is with over 10 years of journalism, events & PR experience with a vast background in both the print, digital and VR space. She is accredited with being the youngest Editor-In-Chief of Promo Magazine. The publication was bought by Condé Nast under her guidance, and among the youngest contributing editors for international publication, Vox. Her new magazine Winston Wise is reaching into new ventures in the Crypto and Virtual Reality world.
Marina sits on the board of directors for a children's charity called Little Wings Foundation. Marina has been invited to guest lecture at the coveted William Angliss Institute in Melbourne Australia, and the London University of the Arts. She has opened and directed an art gallery, 3Squared in Manhattan which quickly became the hub of artistic expression frequented by influencers and local talents
